He earned a Master of Science degree in Investment Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics and Sociology from Boston College.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Carolyn, and their two young daughters. They all enjoy the beach and travelling as their busy schedules allow. He also enjoys coaching soccer, playing golf, and getting his hands dirty in the garden. Chris currently lives in Kingston and is actively involved in the Kingston Business Association and local town government.

Michael Damon is the founder of Powder Point Wealth Management. He works primarily with individuals, business owners and multi-generational families. Michael’s areas of specialization include wealth building strategies, investment planning, financial asset management, insurance planning and estate planning. Through an affiliated company, Damon Diodati, Inc., a Certified Public Accounting firm, Michael provides comprehensive tax planning, tax and financial statement preparation and advisory services to both individual and business clients.

Michael has been a general securities registered representative since 1996 and offers securities through Lincoln Investment and advisory services through Lincoln Investment and Capital Analysts. He has also been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Michael was raised in Scituate, Massachusetts where he worked alongside his father, Albert Damon, at Scituate Supply hardware store where he learned many business lessons that still apply today. After attending Northeastern University, Michael started his career with a Wellesley, Massachusetts CPA firm. In 1985, Michael was licensed as a Certified Public accountant. In 1986, Michael branched out on his own to provide professional tax and accounting services to businesses and individual clients. The practice continues today as Damon Diodati, Inc.

In 1996, many of Michael's tax, accounting and advisory clients requested that he manage their financial affairs and therefore he obtained a general securities license. In 2004, Michael founded Powder Point Wealth Management, LLC.

Michael enjoys travel, reading, spending time with family and coin collecting. Michael resides in Pembroke with his wife Kelly. Over the years Michael has been very active in the community; as a coach of youth baseball, the treasurer of the Pembroke Boy Scouts Troop 105 and Pembroke Chamber of Commerce as well as the past President of the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce.
